Great for picnics with the family — open fields to run through, a shallow steam to wade in, a small playground, a baseball diamond, BBQ areas with picnic tables and, best of all, free (but limited) parking!
The park is really well kept and cleaned and there are washrooms right at the front. It’s a great sight when the leaves change colours.
It takes about 20 – 30 min to walk around the park. I’ve seen some people try to fish, but I wouldn’t get my hopes up for a great catch. Also, this is a great place for walking dogs!
