Paws and Spa Pet Grooming

The staff at Paws and Spa have been excellent since we started to bring Milo close to two years ago. Paula always does a great job and Milo is always happy to visit and get himself all groomed. Thank you Paula for always taking good care of our dog and being so kind. Muchas Gracias!

You did not mention that you called me a liar and threatened me with cameras. In addition — we were able to find the issues on him, which is when you offered to spend time fixing him. Finally, you continue to threaten with cameras, and I have noticed you aren’t a member of the Better Business Bureau — I wonder why?
I do not take lightly to being threatened and called a liar — your responses have been very inappropriate, rude and downright embarrassing for your company.

I’ve been bringing my dog Bogart to Paws and Spa for a haircut for a couple months now. I was a little nervous that he wouldn’t like it as he has never been to a groomer before, but was surprised at how comfortable they made him feel.
He loves going, looks great and I can’t say thank you enough to the staff for their work!

I took my 65 lb doodle here for the first time a couple weeks ago. My normal groomer and I had a conflicting schedule and I could not bring my dog to her for another week. My dog was in need of a good wash and hair cut after being at a cottage. This place seemed to have good prices and its close by so I thought I would try it. Not only did it take nearly 4 hours for her to be done, but my dogs haircut was horrible!!! She was uneven all over, very choppy, and didn’t even smell like she had a bath. You could see the clippers blade marks all throughout her fur, and other pieces weren’t even touched. Once I brought her home, I spent 30 min attempting to fix the unevenness, then called my groomer who told me to drop her off at her house on a Sunday evening to see if she could undue the awful groom. Thankfully, she is amazing a did make my dog look so much better and even! She also said that my dog had mats all between her toes that the groomers didn’t even attempt to remove… End of the story, taking my dog here was a massive waste of money and time, and I would not recommend this place to anyone!
