No sashimi at lunch AYCE but tasty rolls with traditional and more creative combinations. We loved the King Vegetable Roll. Selections of soups, salads and grill or kitchen items are standard. Try the sesame chicken, it was great! Slow service and had to ask for more water. But I didn’t expect the exceptional at only $ 12.99 pp. Would return and obviously so would lots of other people with how packed it was today at lunch.

The worst tasting sushi place I’ve ever been in last 10 years. Sure, All You Can Eat sushi restaurants lacks in quality and service, but here you get overly dry rice flavored with excessive amount of sauce. Other inexpensive sushi restaurants serve flavorless rice as well, at least they are not dry. It should be moist, semi-sticky and contain vinegary sweetness. If you like this place, you don’t know sushi. As I finished the very first piece of sushi, I looked around to see if anyone was actually enjoying their meal. I sensed that they were doing the same thing. It was the first time I had sushi in Milton. Hope people of Milton don’t think what they serve is sushi. The service is pretty much same as other Chinese ran all-you-can-eat sushi places. They bring you food to the table, not necessarily everything you ordered.

Great for what you pay for. Service is hit or miss. All you can eat lunch is pretty cheap, but no sashimi.

Still only $ 12.99 for AYCE lunch but there’s less selection of menu items than you get at Oshima sushi. The green dragon roll was so tiny it was almost funny. Should have taken a picture of it. We didn’t even order that much and they still forgot one of the rolls my Dad ordered. No banana tempura but the green tea ice cream was decent. Not bad but I’d pick Oshima next time if I had a choice…

Inconsistent spider roll. The first spider roll order was an actual spider roll. The second spider roll, they made it into a California/spider roll. Basically added unnecessary crap into the roll. They are reluctant to bring me my SPIDERROLL. In my opinion, if you were to have a all you can eat buffet, please don’t be stingy on the food.

Not the best service or sushi. Not coming back again. i think it’s becoming another Japan Buffet.

It’s a little taste of Japan right here in Milton. I buy sushi here every time and I love it.

Sushis pretty good here but the service is absolutely horrible. If you go make sure they don’t give your order away or forget about it because you could be waiting for a very long time. I might come again cuz its a cheap ayce sushi in Milton but once a better one pops up…

Wow. What a let down. Half of our order did not come after being here for an hour and half. We had to re-order our rolls three times and still not all of them came to our table. It wasn’t busy. It too bad cause the food was ok and the price for lunch was cheaper than most AYCE Japanese places. We just gave up on our order and got our green tea ice cream.

Very average. not terrible, but not amazing. they still manually take your order on paper, and then bring it out to you. which means, they forget things. Not very prompt on coming back for more orders. this is why the checklist option works so much better. we sat eating amongst dirty dishes for quite a while. menu is VERYLIMITED! outside it says over 100 items. not true at all. i would not recommend this place, or go back. Simply because I expect a better food experience when I have sushi. I expect more prompt service also. plus point was that servers speak good english. most of them at least. The best item i had was chicken fried rice(had to have it made specially, not on their menu). and i had it with the teriyaki. pretty sad i didnt pick actual sushi as being the best item. go if you crave sushi. dont expect to be wowed.

Great place, with kick ass Spider Rolls, a must try. At times the waiters seem in a bad mood but are only in a robotic mode, doing their job.

Been here 2 or 3 times in 2013. They have a wide range of japanese items like most AYCE sushi places. While I agree the price is very reasonable, the food and the quality speak for themselves. The food was OK, average at best. There are other sushi joints that are better. The interior looks sketchy and old. I think that if they renovate and up their quality, I will definitely check it out again.

Never been disappointed. Always fresh. Always good amount of fish in rolls. The price is great value.

The second time was not the charm; the roll selection was underwhelming and not particularly fresh. I had been living in Milton for a month before my last review so I think the desperation for real sushi was getting to me.

I don’t know I have good feedback here but I am not an expert on Sushi I just go on what my kids love and what we can get quickly that’s ready fast for an extremely busy family on the go AjiSai Milton has a very good pricepoint for quick family takeout, we never do the buffet but have ordered the following dishes for take out or delivery and love them. average dinner is about $ 45 to$ 55 depending on what we order and that addresses dinner for 3 adults and 2 kids. Favs for us to order on the go: Japanese Deep Fried Chicken with Lemon, Sesame Chicken(hubbys fav), kids love the chicken balls(white breast meat and not oily), Green Dragon Rolls(my son loves these), Firehouse and Volcano Rolls(my favs) — fantastic. Sashimi is not perfect but for the price I think it’s definitely good value — we prefer the service here. Folks at the restaurant are always very friendly and they always remember our order and send extra goodies with our takeout(edamame/new appetizers) for the family to try. 3.5 if you can do a 3.5

Their lunch menu was very lacking. The seaweed salad(wakame) is not what you would expect. It’s, instead, lettuce with a bunch of seaweed sprinkled on top with too much dressing. Their butter fish was fresh and delicious, though! They also don’t serve shrimp tempura & sashimi for lunch. Service was ok. I’ve had better.

The last thing you want to feel at an AYCE place is judged… and that’s the feeling I left with. There’s something to be said about«Level of Service». Throughout my meal, there was a serious decline. The sashimi was small and poorly cut. The rolls were small and the ratio of rice to other ingredients was in favor of the rice. This is an AYCE spot and I’m not impressed. I don’t wanna eat all the rice I can… If I did, I’d stay home.

i’ve read review about other ajisai locations around the GTA and this one seems to fit the bitll. the food is definitely not the greatest. the sashimi that we order was still slightly frozen and sliced poorly to the point where it would fall apart when we tried to pick it up with our chopsticks. the sushi rolls were small which would have been a problem if we didn’t order buffet, but the selection overall seemed limited compared to other places i’ve been.
