Went there on a Honda «Come Ride With Us» event in July 2010. I called 2 weeks in advance to book rides on 3 Motorcycles. The salesman took down my name and the models I wanted to try, but on the day of the event my bookings were ignored. I said to the salesman, «I drove an hour to come here! What happened to my bookings?» His reply, «A number of people made bookings. How would I know if you were going to show up or not?»
If this is the way they do business I would strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere.

I purchased a car here a year ago and was very happy with the process. Syed and Rodney were very pleasant and knowledgeable. I’ve only been to service twice with it and Dave has been great to do with. Keep up the good work.

BOTTOM LINE: Misleading at best, deceptive at worst; steer clear of these yahoos! In an emergency, check out my PRO-​TIPS (a manualized guide for the uninitiated).
This was the first time I’ve purchased a used vehicle*. I’ve dealt with a few different car dealerships in the past, but these guys take the cake for being shadiest and most untrustworthy. The main problem was their horrible customer service at all levels; reliably unreliable, and spewing half-​truths and empty promises, navigating the transaction and prepping the vehicle required double– and triple-​checking things. One salesman, in particular, was a real piece of work, and absolutely reeked of utter sleaziness and superficiality — more so than any other car salesmen I’ve ever worked with.
Here are my PRO-​TIPS for dealing with these shady characters:
PRO-​TIP #1: Don’t even bother. Take your business elsewhere.
PRO-​TIP #2: CC the general manager if you actually want your emails answered.
PRO-​TIP #3: Don’t ever expect an apology. The sooner you learn this, the less aggro you will be.
PRO-​TIP #4: They will boast of their Honda Inspection standards, but don’t believe the hype. While you should always expect to put some work into a used car, these guys missed some pretty obvious things (extremely dirty fluid levels, etc.)
PRO-​TIP #5: They won’t trickle charge your car in storage so bring a jumper cable or hope a good Samaritan will help push start your car (like in my case).
PRO-​TIP #6: When you (reasonably) raise how «X» had yet to be done (even 48 hours prior to pick-​up), expect the salesman to start employing bullying tactics and begin shouting at you. Solution: picture him dressed up in a penis costume, sans testicles.
Unilocalers, don’t waste your time here. These yahoos aren’t interested in building brand loyalty or wanting repeat customers. There are way more trustworthy Honda dealerships elsewhere
*The only reason I even stuck through with these guys was because they managed to get their hands on a discontinued vehicle, and I was able to independently verify it wasn’t a lemon.

If you like waiting for your car to be serviced, than THIS is the place. I went in for a relatively simple service, you know … change the oil, rotate the tires, inspect the engine, fluid top up. Usually this would mean that I would have to wait approx. 1 to 1.5 hours. This time, I came in at 8:30 and left at 11:45. A total of 3 hours later. Now, the waiting area is nice, clean and comfortable, and the coffee was good (as opposed to other dealerships). Will I go back, you ask? Probably not for services. Sorry.
