Lou began his automotive training with Honda Canada’s Pilot class of ’93 HAP (Honda Apprenticeship Program). Upon graduation Lou distinguished himself academically and received two prestigious awards. The first being from Honda Canada for achieving the highest mark in the program and the 2^nd from Centennial College. The Ray Thompson award was also given to Lou for Outstanding Education Excellence. In his spare time Lou runs a full home audio/video studio. He has had his music/media reproduced over 100,000 times being set into over 30 different children’s toys distributed worldwide.

Just got my car repaired by these guys today and couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. Made an appointment 2 days earlier (as is necessary here), dropped off my car at my time this morning, they called me an hour and a half later explaining what needed to be fixed. My car gave them 4 codes with errors and this is where these guys separate themselves from most shops, Lou just told me what the most important problem was and that there was a good chance the other things would clear up after that repair. Almost every mechanic I’ve been to in Toronto would have jumped at the chance to convince me to get those things checked out thoroughly and then repaired. It’s refreshing to feel like your mechanic is actually being honest with you.
I gave Lou the go ahead to do the repair at what was a totally reasonable price and he called me just a couple hours later telling me it was ready to go. Even better is that he just gave me the keys to one of their cars so I could drive to work and to come back to get my car later. I know they aren’t the only place that does that but all those things combined made it a great experience. Will absolutely be coming back even though I live in downtown Toronto. I can drop my car off in the morning, drive to work with one of their cars and be driving my car home after work. Keep it up Lou!

To summarize: I’m pleased about the honesty and level of service provided by Lou and his team.
Story: I approached Lou about my problem with my car with vibrating steering during braking. I told him that it was probably warped rotors and he gave me a brief estimate of potential cost. It was fair and he was able to do it next day. After my car was hoisted up, Lou showed me some potential issues with my braking system that didn’t need repairs now but certainly at a later date. He had his employees show me the issues and was able to communicate to me in layman terms what this meant for me and safety of my family. What was great about this experience is that I didn’t feel any pressure from him to get the other braking repairs done all at once. In fact, he provided me a quote that detailed all the additional work required to bring my car’s braking system back to working order. I eventually got all the work done and I knew exactly what I was a getting myself into. The bonus is that there is free wifi and free Keurig coffee. I definitely recommend him to anyone in Mississauga and anyone who has import cars like a Honda or Mazda.
