Bellagio Beauty & Day Spa

Just came back from this spa. The website makes it out to be more than it actually is. I was there for a 1 hour massage and pedicure. I was brought into a massage room and asked to remove my clothing. She left the room and I began to undress and without any notice she barges right back in saying she forgot something, meanwhile I’m half naked and uncomfortable. She either could have knocked or waited the two minutes while I undress and got under the covers. During the massage she left the room on a couple of occassions. In fact she left so quietly i thought she was still in the room until i realized after a few minutes that i’m not getting massaged. When she walked back in i looked at her and she asked if i had a good sleep. I wasn’t even sleeping. She figured she’d take a break cause she thought i was sleeping and sneak back in before the hour is up and make it like she never left??? WTF. I never questioned her. I just assumed that is what she was up to. I also want to add that the «relaxing» music was way too loud next to my head. Furthermore, after she was done she didn’t even let me know that she was done. Again she just left the room. This time i waited about 10 minutes before realizing maybe she’s done now and waiting for me to do my pedicure. I got up and got dressed, grabbed my stuff sat a few minutes more thinking she may return to let me know what’s up. I walked into the hallway and looked around for her but she was no where to be found. Finally another lady came up to me and asked if I was looking for your lady?. I said yes. She told me she was waiting for me in the pedicure area. Nobody told me and i don’t even know where the pedicure room is. The lady took me there and there she was looking annoyed that she had to wait for me for so long. Anyways during my pedicure I like to read so I was reading my book but everytime she would need me to move my foot of put it into the footbath or whatever she would just sit there and wait for me instead of letting me know. I finally had to stop my reading and watch her so that i don’t miss my queue otherwise she would just sit there waiting. I forgot to mention that there is absolutely no room between the chairs. There was a man next to me getting his pedicure done and I had to squeeze past him and make sure I don’t hit my ass against him while i crawled into the chair. When it was time to put on my polish she grabs one of those gauzes and uses it to separate my toes, but instead it never did a damn thing. she didn’t even separate anything. it was too thin to do anything, but nevertheless she put the gauze between my toes and meanwhile my toes were still touching each other. What was the purpose of that? Turns out wife of the guy next to me was going to do her pedicure after her husband, but the spa chair he was sitting on was leaking so they had to wait for me to be done so the wife can use the chair I was on. They were also in a hurry for dinner reservations so my service is being rushed. after i was done I sat in the waiting area to dry my toes but it was already a mess because she didn’t separate my toes apart. Yes there was guaze but it was one ply and didn’t do a thing. I ended up giving up and going to the counter to pay. the bill came to 123.00. I have no idea how, when they told me my 1 hour massage was 60 and my pedicure was 35. I could bet my life my massage did not last an hour. Perhaps from the time i was just lying there maybe, but whatever. I tipped 10 bucks. That’s actually more than i wanted to tip, but the receptionist was already giving me attitude. I hate that. Why should anyone be criticized for how much they tip. We all have our reasons. She even suggested that i leave my fake flip flops on to drive. I can’t believe she would suggest something so dangerous. I even commented that it is dangerous to wear flip flops driving let alone oversized fake ones. She just shrugged and said she did it all the time. Good to know lady! After I signed my receipt she looked at me and said ‘you’re all done” in that «why don’t you get out of here already» tone. I said «yeah, as soon as you get me my coat». Yup, they took my coat and never bothered to return it to me. I really expect a lot more from a spa that charges such outrageous prices for something i could have gotten at the corner nail salon. It was ridiculous. The massage was terrible. I could tell she was not experienced. I was surprised to find out that she would be the same lady to do the pedicure. So obviously not specialized. Perhaps I’m a bit of a spa snob. But come on. why else would we spend the money to get pampered only to be treated so unprofessionally? I don’t recommend this place to anyone looking to feel pampered. If you’re looking for a simple mani/​pedi just go to the one in your neighborhood strip mall.
I was not impressed at all. I still can’t believe I just spent $ 123.00 at that place.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SPA. They are RUDE, INSULTING and THIEVES. When I booked I gave away my wayspa number for confirmation. Later on I tried to cancel (way in advance of their 24 hour period notice). The lady would not cancel, she was really rude, put me on phone and when came back asked me to call next day to cancel. Next day the guy told me over the phone that the lady was the manager. Called again in the evening and lady mocked me said she already charged the number and I could do nothing about it. They charged my wayspa without me using the services. I called wayspa, filed a complain and cancelled the card and got a new number. These people are horrible, don’t know how to talk to customers. Lady seems very uneducated and talks in a street language — calling names, threatening people and hanging up on customers.
They have been having bad reviews now so they took off the review section in
. They use to have a review section with over 30 reviews by people. It’s funny that how all the other spas have customer reviews listed under their name but Bellagio has none. Save yourself and do not go to this place.
P.S: One week after my spa date — the lady calls me again and leaves a rude message on my phone
