Business Interiors (Ontario)

A few years ago, I purchased an Aeron chair. My family thought I was nuts ’cause it was more than a bed, but as a writer, I needed not only something to sit on, but a chair which would be comfortable for at least a few hours. So I considered it like a «tool» to a handyman. Plus, it comes with a 12-​year warranty, so I factored that into a part of the cost as well!
So when my bf said that he was interested in getting the chair, it was a great excuse to come back to Business Interiors, right in Mississauga, in an industrial part of the city. The «store» itself is in a brown brick, non-​descript low-​rise building.
It’s not really a store per se, but it’s more of a chill office with a few of their chairs displayed. They are an authorised Herman Miller dealer, so you can also order the Eames Lounger through them — my next purchase!!!
When I was doing research on my original purchase, I *believe* the Aeron was the most affordable at this location. (On the Design Within Reach website, it’s $ 939USD, whereas it’s around $ 855CAD here.)
I dealt with Colleen and she was really patient with my wishy-​washy bf shopper. I’m the opposite shopper — I do a lot of pre-​thinking about my purchase, but once my mind is made up, I buy right away!
