Unprofessional staff., I wouldn’t go back to this location. Sucks! The X-ray technician is very rude. One of the staff sent me to the X-ray room to wait and when she came asked me why am I in the room with a very rude tone as if I am trespassing ! There is no proper communication flow within their staff. So I waited in the change room for my turn and when it’s my turn asked me so many questions as if she is my doctor !!! And in the end she didn’t do it after waiting for two weeks ., really? Waste of time !!! And by the way her accent is either RUSSian !!! Or polish

Dixie X-Ray accidentally faxed a patient’s confidential test results to my office (not a doctor’s office). When I called to let them know, the receptionist put me on hold while I was in the middle of telling her what had happened, and then was rude and acted as if I was annoying her. I then had to ask her what she wanted me to do (including if I should shred the test result). Terrible doctor-patient confidentiality and service.

IHF that provides fast, efficient and excellent service. Walk-ins for xrays and appointments available for General, Obstetrics, Msk Ultrasounds, Mammography (OBSP affiliated) and Bone Densitometry. The staff is always courteous and helpful as well.
