Fantastic service here. Honest people which is hard to find when dealing with IT repair shops.
They do good quality work and they stand by their services. I have been coming to K Master since 2006 so I can truly vouch for them! I usually speak to Kevin he’s truly a stand up guy and one of the owners.

The only reason this place didn’t get five stars is that they weren’t actually able to do what I asked.
I managed to lose the power button off my Z30 — so rare a problem that they didn’t *have* any parts to replace it with. Since the phone hasn’t been turned off in three weeks and I have butt FB’d more times than I care to count when I put the phone away before the screen had gone dark (since that’s the other job of the power button, shutting the screen off), I was desperate.
The gentleman showed me the trick for using a pen tip in lieu of it and rebooted the phone for me. In and out in less than five minutes with my problem solved, if not fixed, and more to the point, he wouldn’t accept any money for the work. Nice guy and helpful!
