Krispy Kreme Doughnuts

I’ve always wanted to try Krispy Kreme donuts and I finally got a chance since I was in the area. My favourite doughnut was actually the powdered strawberry. I found the honey glazed was super sweet even though they are famous for the glazed one. Customer service was nice and helpful. I recommend people to come!

One of the handful of Krispy Kreme donuts left in the GTA (after they had a mass expansion and all closed down shortly thereafter… over a decade ago).
Every time I am in the area I stop by to order a dozen assorted donuts… my fave is the chocolate glazed with icing inside!
The donuts are all freshly made and you can watch the original glazed donuts be made; kind of miss back when they used to give each customer a fresh, warm original glazed donut for free though.

I hate eat inside the place. Always their tables are dirty and their washrooms are the dirtiest washroom I ever see in my life I think they clean it once a year if they think to clean it.

Yummy the donuts are fresh and they have a wide selection. If you want some good donuts definitely a place to come too.

2^nd time at Krispy Kreme. Can’t go wrong with Krispy Kreme. Tried the iced vanilla latte, very good indeed! The selection of donuts is less than Dunkin’s or Tim’s but damn are they good. Located in Heartland, go check it out.

Can you go wrong with Krispy Kreme? I don’t think so. As far as I am concerned they win the battle of the donut chains. That being said, nothing beats a local joint that does donuts right. I have tried a variety of flavors and all have been pretty good, but warm original glazed is why they are famous. So next time you see the fresh hot donuts sign lit up drawing you to it like a moth to a bug zapper, give in to temptation and enjoy a donut. You won’t be disappointed… You may be a step closer to diabetes, but not disappointed.

Any time I can get warm donuts is a good time for me. If you don’t know about the Krispy Kreme, then you don’t know dis’ life. Nice friendly people working there willing to get you the freshest glazed donuts right off the conveyor belt. Thank god I found out this place was near my wife’s new job now I can get my fix weekly. Diabetes here I come!

Krispy Kreme isn’t nearly as prevalent in our area as the ubiquitous Timmy’s, so it’s a bit of a trek to get that sugary fix. I would definitely go for Tim Horton’s if I wanted a fancy donut like a Boston cream. However, for the humble glazed donut, nothing beats a hot Krispy Kreme. Today they were hot off the presses, and between myself and my husband, I am not ashamed to admit we devoured half a dozen by the time we made it back to the 403. The warm, melt-​in-​your-​mouth sweetness is unparalleled. The only downside to this location is they don’t seem to have hot donuts very much in the evenings. They seem to have the hot donuts at various intervals thought the day (according to the bleating of my Krispy Kreme app), but when we try to go in the evening, we’ve had limited luck. So Krispy Kreme, keep those hot donuts rolling out throughout the night!

This is one of the few Krispy Kremes in the Southern Ontario area. It’s a treat to come in here once in a while and watch the fresh donuts being made. Unfortunately this place stopped providing the free donut to each guest years ago – I’m not sure why, it’s still provided in the U.S. locations. At any rate, the hot sign is usually on for a few hours in the evening, and it’s nice to get a dozen of the original glazed hot out of the fryer. Compared to other Krispy Kremes I have been in, the batter here is always made well and the donuts are cooked perfectly – they really know what they are doing here. As for the assorted donuts, there always seems to be a lack of them. And, the display case featuring them is super small. Other than the hot original glazed, the crème filled glazed places a close second on my list. The staff are very friendly here, and they give you a bag to carry out your boxes of donuts.

I have been here multiple times and I love it! The location is awesome and has plenty of parking.
The shop itself is designed very well and appealing to sit in and relax. You can see the fresh donuts being made right infront of you; behind the cashier.
All their donuts are awesome and very different (better) than tims. The donuts are soft and when you press it, you can see they are fuffy and sinfully good. I tried their coffee and was quite impressed, it was a little strong.
Each time the cashier has been friendly and quick at their service.

There simply is no better doughnut to be had.
Every human should experience krispy kreme at least once in their lifetime.

This happens to be the only Krispy Kreme I know that isn’t downtown that’s close-​ish to me.
Not much to say about this place, as it’s Krispy Kreme donuts which are always phenomenal!
It costs a little more than the regular Tim Horton’s dozens, but it’s worth every penny! It’s even better when heated in your microwave! If you plan on buying a box, be sure to buy another box, because these won’t last long!

As a Canadian, I’ll always be loyal to Tim, but really, how can one resist a seemingly melt-​in-​your-​mouth original glazed from Krispy Kreme?
I just started working at a new job right down the street from the Mississauga location (The original Canadian location) and now, I’m finding any excuse to visit the place. It reminds me of one of those 50’s malt shops.
I went through the Drive-​Thru and picked up 2 dozen (save $ 2 when you buy 2 dozen) and brought them into work. I think everyone became my best friend today.
The donuts? Superb. The Coffee? Not bad. Go and pick up a couple of boxes. You’ll see.

Preface: I am not a sweets/​doughnut person, so review is based on service/​atmosphere/​taste of a coupla their flavours. It’s literally been close to a decade since my last visit here.
Fail: NO free wifi at this location. Huh, excuse me? How can you be a donut/​coffee shop without this service? Unheard of. Not sure if the no-​wifi was the reason this place was pretty quiet for a Sunday afternoon IN Heartland!
Doughnuts tasted fine. I tried: Pumpkin Cheesecake, Lemon Filled, & Original Glazed. They are very fluffy and deceivingly light-​tasting! Having said that, it’s $ 1.15/doughnut. To prove how infrequently I eat doughnuts, I thought $ 1.15 was pretty stiff. Shouldn’t they be less than $ 1?
I admit that I’m pretty out of it. Limited number of caffeinated drinks, no iced cappuccino.
Guy behind counter was pretty fast ‘n efficient. No complaints there!

When someone mentions Krispy Kreme donunts… all I can think about is Krispy Kreme original donuts. The soft fluffy texture and the sinfully sweet glaze that makes each donut I eat not the last one but a gateway to another. When the franchise first opened into the GTA there was much fanfare and locations were opening or slated to open, but the hype quickly subsided and all that were left from the original openings was the Mississauga Heartland Location (lucky for me!!). My father has always loved the coffee here, much more so than Starbucks or Tim Hortons. I have been coming here for years and surprising my co-​workers with Krispy Kreme donunts on certain occasions. In some ways, having one of the only Krispy Kreme’s in Canada so near to my home. its almost an exclusive club! Although you can get the Krispy Kreme goodness from your local gas station and supermarket, there is nothing like getting one fresh off the donut line at the Heartland location. The original concept was decorated in a retro theme complete with paper hats that made you feel like you were back in 50’s. They have since updated the concept to a more modern, work oriented theme. Free wifi, usb outlets built into the wall with the power, lower tables for your laptops or tablets and couches. This makes Krispy Kreme a much more productive and enjoyable seating experience. Although, they have been known for donuts, they have quite good muffin type selections (called Pull Aparts), bagels and croissants. If you have never had a Krispy Kreme donut and your in Mississauga, try it. you won’t be sorry. Here is a little tip. if you do buy a dozen and take them home, if you want to have the oven fresh taste from the box. put a donut in the microwave for 8 secs. No more, no less…8 sec is all that is needed to bring the freshness home with you!

It’s been years since I stepped foot into Krispy Kreme to get a free original glazed donut. I was craving for one so we decided to walk over from my house. How close and convenient!
Watching the machines make the original glazed donut always amused me even to this day. Sadly there were no free donut samples at the end. However, I wanted one so we ended up buying two single donuts. He got the glazed chocolate cake donut and I got their glazed original. Each donut is $ 1.30.which I think is a bit more than Tim Horton’s.
We looked for a place to enjoy our donuts but the seating area was quite dirty. So we had our donuts while walking home. The original was pretty good and has satisfied my craving for at least a year. My boyfriend didn’t enjoy his at much and said the Tim Horton’s one is better. It tasted more like eating a cake than a donut.

They do have the best doughnuts at a fair price.

this is a MUST come to place for me whenever I go to the airport or anywhere near Mississauga, I would always bring a dozen home (and finish it all within 2 days) I heard it tastes really good after frozen also (but I finish it too quick to find out)
The original glaze is the BEST one! It simply melts in my mouth! especially when it is fresh and right out of the machine? CRAZY GOOD. I eat 2 – 3 as soon as I get the box and another 2 when I get home haha.
sometimes I have cravings for this or just dream about eating it (I’m getting the craving now, as I write this review) BEST DOUGHNUTS.
