I’m normally quite a fan of Villa bakery. Decent Italian sandwiches and baked goods. Today though, I had the door shut on me and was rudely dismissed because they decided to close earlier than planned(I had called 10 minutes prior to check). Villa needs some mandatory customer service training in a big way. After reading some of the other reviews, looks like this issue is chronic. CHRONIC.

This bakery is ok. But man the staff needs an attitude check. So miserable. All the time. Not sure it’s worth it.

I went to see my makeup guru but she was busy with a client, so she told me to go to the bakery next door. My bestfriend and I looked at it from the outside and we were like. Umm let’s pass, it looked old and we wanted to go somewhere more pish posh lol. So as we walked around we found nothing. We made a complete circle, at this point getting sweaty, we looked at the bakery and said oh what the heck, why not? When we walked in, man were we ever so wrong. It’s such a beautiful Italian bakery. There is convenient seating inside and outside along the side of the bakery. Something about freshly baked bread gets me every time and Italians know what’s up! My friend and I stared at the breads, pastries, cakes, home-made pizza. You name it, they have it. I ended up getting 2 mini cheesecakes with a 2 cans of blood orange San Pellegrino. Everything cost us under $ 10. We sat inside and placed our food on the granite table tops. Before digging into my cheesecake, I stared along the wall and saw this bakery was so involved in the community. There were endless amount of awards. This is literally a gem in Port credit! It made me more anxious to try my cheesecake and that’s exactly what I did. My friend and I took the first bite and we were like woah! It was so fresh it that it literally fell apart as I forked in. I’m not complaining. it tasted too damn good! You know food is good, when there is complete silence when you are eating lol. Like a fatty, I wanted another one but I had my drink to finish, which was so refreshing. I overheard the lady working at the front, put a order through. So from my understanding they cater order for events and what not. I also saw many locals, probably regular customers grabbing their usual and were coming in and out of the store like they run the place lol. I totally recommend this bakery, I am coming back to try more of there specialities. It’s a shame that I judged the bakery from the outside but I’m sure anyone would’ve made the same mistake. I hope they give this bakery a little face lift and it will be one of the best bakeries in Port Credit!

Worst service I’ve got in a long time. The woman who owns the place is ignorant. The staff is quite rude too. I got a cake for mothers day and the cake said«Happy Mothers». Not only was it spelt incorrectly, it was stale! I gave it another chance. The same woman was rude once again and has absolutely no customer service skills what so ever. Theres nothing great about this place. The service was horrible, I got cake that was rock hard, thought maybe it was just a bad day and got the same treatment when I went in a few weeks later. I wont suggest this place to anyone.

I’ve been coming here for a long time. I used to get up early, come here to get some bread still hot from the oven! I recently came back here and was amazed they changed the layout of the store. They have more seating now and the bread selection is in the front now. What is often under appreciated is the hot table foods. They have this kick ass veal cutlet sandwich that is on the cheap end. They also have a breakfast hot table too that starts at $ 3.99! One of the stars in terms of eye catching appearance is the lemon meringue pie. It has this huge meringue and the pie itself is great! It’s a crowd pleaser bringing this to a party. But the main attraction is still the bread. I like the small(mini) buns that are $ 0.30/each. They are a steal if I ever saw one.

Cutest bakery ever! Really fresh and yummy breads — this place is a gem in the gem-filled neighbourhood of Port Credit. Just a really cute, quaint neighbourhood bakery with fresh food to take home, but also to eat in and have with a coffee. Good prices and yummy food! WINWIN! Will definitely come back again.

La Villa Fine Foods is a bakery at Port Credit that carries freshly baked goods: Bread, Pastries, Sweet and some Italian grocery items. La Villa seems like a nice neighbourhood bakery where locals can pick up some freshly bake goods and hot food and frozen entrees. Croissants: Spinach/Feta and Bacon/Cheese($ 2 each) are quite good value. I especially love my Spinach and Feta cheese one since it was packed full of spinach inside and the croissant itself was crusty and flaky! Drop by La Villa if you are in the area, but does not worth making a special trip just to go there… especially if you are in the Woodbridge/Maples area where there are so many similar and better Italian bakeries!

AAAmmmaazzzing bakery, really cool breads stuffed with peppers and olives etc. Get a slice of cold potato and red pepper pizza, or other great combinations if you get there early enough, they will heat it up for you as well.
