Michelle B.
Business Owner
Michelle has been an IBCLC since 2011. In addition to her work in private practice, she currently works part-time in the outpatient Breastfeeding Clinic at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto.
She has been a La Leche League Leader since 2007. She serves as the Assistant Professional Liasion for her area, as well as providing support through the Social Media Committee and Toronto-area outreach team. She completed her studies at the Newman Breastfeeding Clinic Institute in Toronto.
Michelle has a special research interest in breastfeeding mothers who have experienced trauma in the perinatal period (ie: birth trauma, NICU admission).
Michelle and her husband have two children, both breastfed.
