For whatever reason, Tony’s review has been filtered but his experiences reflect mine. I feel I’ve been mislead by my groupon purchase; I’m disappointed that when I get to the check out I am told that the sales tax is to be charged on the full price of the item, not the the listed price.
I was told repeatedly by their agent that it’s on the Groupon Q&A. It isn’t. Mid conversation when I said that if we couldn’t resolve this I’ll be looking for a refund, the representative hung up on me. I wasn’t being an unreasonable customer, and he had no reason to be exasperated.
It’s a pity because I’m in the market for a memory foam mattress, but I’ll be finding somebody else to do business with.
