So… somehow I ended up at this one again although it was at the Direct Energy Centre instead of in Mississauga. It was smaller(I think), yet I can’t compare because I haven’t been to any other Bridal Show except for these two. Pre-register and Brides get in for free! This time I went to look at everything else but photographers and venues. I thought I wouldn’t come out with any information, but I did, and lots of magazines and swag. My suggestion for these shows is to make a short list of the topics that you need to talk to people about(like photographers, invitations, cakes etc). Try to focus on only one thing, or you may get overwhelmed. You should base this on your timeline and priorities. There are other shows coming in April, and also you have something called the internet. The most time consuming and tiring are Photographers, and there were also a lot at this show. I actually was at the show with my photographer(for her, research, and keeping me company), so I was focusing on other things. I still entered into a lot of draws and things, and I would still suggest putting in a different email address(a special wedding version) for your self, so you can sort through the emails later.
