went in for a recall on my car,
i told the «service manager» the issue with my car and why i was there.
i was told i would have to pay for a full hour of work (even tho it took 30 minutes) i was also guarantee that once the recall was fixed, the actual issue with my car wouldn’t be solved, i was also advised that my car was not under warranty, which is fine cause i needed the problem fixed either way.
after expressing what the recall entailed and knowing how long it was going to take, i ended up paying for half an hour (not for more that you DIDNT work) and my problem involving the recall was completely solved and has never been an issue since.
the waiting room needs a bit of an update, as it looks like its from the 90’s.
they keep phoning me after the fact with this deal, that deal, blah blah blah.
not interested… as much as i love chrysler i didn’t like being threw games when i know what i want

Bought a used Audi from them, they are easy to deal with, and eager to make deals. Take your time and do your homework!
