A Family Tradition of Fresh Pasta in Mississauga, Oakville, and the GTA

When Marsilio and Palma Petrucci opened their first retail location in 1985, they did so with a dedication to quality and freshness in their pasta and Italian food products. Originally called Queensway Noodles and located at Queensway and Hurontario, their Italian food shop quickly became a family business that began to exceed their expectations. With the help of their children Filomena, Lorena and Anthony, they opened a second Mississauga location in 1990 at the MichaelAngelo Plaza.

Expanding with Wholesale Pasta and Italian Food Catering

As the Petruccis’ fresh pasta became more popular, the business began to grow, so a central production facility was opened in 1997 in Mississauga. This allowed the business to better serve their retail stores, as well as expanding the Italian food catering and wholesale pasta aspects of the business.
