July 13^th, 2015: Long story short, this is day 40+ of a ‘three day’ paint job. They sent a sub-​contractor with no ladder come to my home on June 4^th to start work on the exterior siding of my home. When he returned to my home — after a few ‘no-​shows’ he had a ladder, but no pads or other accessories for the top of the ladder to prevent it from causing dents on my siding. He said he had ’20 years of experience’, the ladder wouldn’t damage it, but it did. Now I have one sloppy coat of paint on my home, drips of paint/​running paint/​paint splatter/​blistering paint and dents on my aluminum siding caused by the painter.
The company’s response for the most part is that they want me to pay for the repairs (in an email they said they’d ‘bill me separately’ for the repairs) and they want to silence my reviews, which are the truth as I see it.
I do not want one other homeowner to go through what I have gone through with this company. It has been a nightmare.
My advice to other homeowners is to carefully read every review available about the company, and ask for references. When the painter arrived to my home without a ladder, and didn’t even know what he was at my home to paint, my instincts told me to stop the project. I wish I had listened to my gut reaction.
I’ve lost money, my home is damaged, and it has been endlessly frustrating dealing with Perfect Painters.

I am so grateful to have found Perfect Painter thanks to their promotion on a group buying site! It could not have come at a better time.
I took advantage of the great deal and hired them for handyman services to install doors that I had purchased and were sitting in storage for months. I had not been able to not find anyone else to do the job. (Including the handyman that originally told me to order them then dropped off of the earth when it was time to install.)
This undone project had been a major stressor for me for a while and when I called and spoke with Kimberly she said it would be no problem to complete. Not only that but she booked the appointment that same week on my day off which worked out great!
I am extremely pleased with Nick’s workmanship and friendly, customer oriented personality. I will 100% be contacting these guys in the future for all of my handyman needs as well as to have my condo painted. And I can confidently refer them to anyone looking for a handyman as well.
