As the founding partner of Permanent Search Group, Lisa brings over 20 years of recruitment and strategic planning experience, within a wide range of industry sectors. Lisa draws her business acumen and leadership capabilities from previous roles including; Regional Manager overseeing 8 operations with a national recruitment organization, and National Sales Manager of a sizeable telecommunications firm.

Her enthusiasm and unstoppable belief in her profession helps evolve Permanent Search Group’s strategic recruitment model. This is evident in the firm’s progressive approach and culture. Lisa’s expertise lies within senior management searches with a history of placement in a wide range of industries. As a Certified Career Management Coach, Lisa applies the principles of coaching to her style of communication which benefits both candidate and client.
