Where do I even begin. I had purchased a New Trimmer from this location and was quite satisfied with the service. I was explained well how to use this trimmer and what I needed to do for the care of it. The T –Blade Trimmer I had purchased had stopped working properly after 3 Months so I went back to get it looked at to see what the problem was. The manager(Floyd) had taken a look at it and had told me due to lack of care it had stopped cutting the way it should. He cleaned it and serviced it(I had bought a 6 year service maintenance package) and told me it was working fine. I explained to him I regularly oil it and keep it clean as well and that was that and he sent me on my way. The moment I use it again the next time it immediately stops working. I have had cheap trimmers that costs 30 bucks that last months and months and this unit was overheating since day one which he told me it’s normal because of how powerful it was. So after 4 more times of going back and forth(quite exhausting if you ask me) he finally decided to replace it. He told me it would be readily available in 2 days as he has to ship it out and wait for a new one.(Even though he had one in stock he said that was policy) So I waited and had sent my partner to pick it up and she brought it home. At first I noticed the unit to be the exact same unit as the one I had sent for replacement! Trusting the manager(who is also the owner) I went ahead and used it. Half way through what I was doing it had stopped working again. I called him immediately and he had told me that they are closing for renovation and will not be able to assist me due to store closure. After a frustrating conversation he had agreed to write on the warranty receipt that the unit needs to be replaced and if I go to any other store(Specifically Bramalea City Center) they would happily exchange it for me. I was told to contact Isabel and she would gladly assist me. Upon calling the store beforehand before I picked it up I spoke to Kevin who said this won’t be possible and Floyd regularly sends people here with false promises. Isabel turns out to be another employee and Samantha is the manager. So I’m still in cue sorting this out which is really frustrating. I will update this review with my progress. Don’t give them your business as this store is not associated with the other stores in the city.
