Rogers

While I think the customer service people here are very nice, I think the setup is kind of messed up and I think they know that. Why else would they have couches in the middle of the queue?
a) There are 3 customer representatives, but 2 lines. So if the line gets long, how do you know who is next in line? They should have one centralized line so it goes in sequence. Everyone was confused as to who was next.
b) I just came to return a cable box. I waited over 30 minutes to return it. Like seriously? Can’t their be something more efficient?
c) Rogers is a rip-​off and they keep moving all the good sports games to specialty channels. You basically have to pay $ 80-​$ 100/​month to watch the good stuff. Why bother?
Yes, I’m bitter… but Rogers is evil.

The service was fast. They had 4 guys working at this location and got the line moving fast.
