Pre-​arranged a ride with this company for a ride to Pearson Airport on a Sunday morning, gave the dispatcher our street address and closest cross street as we did not know the postal code of the VRBO we stayed in. Even spelled out the street name. Driver was supposed to be there at 7am, we called at 7:15 and he was «2 minutes away». Turns out he was at a totally different street down the harbor (even though the cross street we provided does not go all the way down that far). We had to tell him how to get to our street from Bathurst, he arrived at 7:30. We managed to get to the airport before 8AM for a 9 am flight but only because he sped all the way and there was little traffic that early in the morning. You would think the driver would have GPS or a smartphone to look up the address we provided. So for those who want an adventure getting to your destination just in the nick of time, go ahead and try this company.
