For an airport location, i was shocked to see the prices almost as is throughout the city. For being used to paying ‘airport’ premium prices, this is going to be a regular spot for me from now on prior to departure. Yayy for not gouging customers!

Say what you will about the Pearson Starbucks, they certainly get the job done! Every time I need a latte before a flight, the line is very fast moving(but rarely short!) I have noticed the service can be a little terse at times, but I have never had a problem with my order here. This location definitely accepts the reward card and the phone app. I can’t say for sure if you can redeem rewards here, but I can’t see why not.

Very fast service, friendly staff. We bought a Dark Chocolate brownie and coffee. If you are experiencing slowness it is probably because the airport is really busy. Have a little patience!

I had a short layover here, and needed coffee, so I stop in, the coffee is hot and fresh and done quickly. I added an extra star for their stellar customer service. They were extremely friendly and quick with their service, and have a great sense of humor. I am quite confident they catch their share of unruly or rude customers, so you catch more flies with honey than with vinegar, that’s how the old cliché goes.

Terminal 3 Starbucks consistently provide bland overly milked latte’s. Terminal 1 somewhat better. I wonder if there is any quality control or does the airport security system prevent this from occurring.

Extremely slow service, and found 2 staff members just hanging out instead of helping customers out. They also don’t accept Starbucks reward card and have posted a sign right next to the cashier. On the other hand, they are participating in the Frappuccino Happy hour that lasts until May 12th.

This Starbucks is located in the Toronto Pearson airport. Usually I find that airport coffee shops are some of the best because they are super quick and while this particular Starbucks was speedy the staff weren’t very friendly. It further annoyed me that they won’t «honour» the rewards system when it comes to redeeming a free drink or menu item but they will accept the payment on your iPhone. Frankly, I think it’s just them being lazy. Sigh, well unfortunately on a lay-over in Toronto one must fuel their caffeine addiction somehow.

Small kiosk-like Starbucks with no seating, but friendly and fast service.
