I was very excited to celebrate my daughter’s 3rd birthday here as she loved visiting this playground in the past. However having hosted a party there now, I would not likely rent a space again. I understand parties have to get in and out on time but there should be some etiquette from the staff. At least 15 minutes before our time ended, a lady came in and without a word started cleaning up our tables and taking tablecloths. Had she asked me I would have directed her to start at the lunch table, not the dessert table that was still in use. She also discarded tables cloths that belonged to me without asking. As a result the cookies and fruit out for dessert were not enjoyed by guests at all. She was so aggressive that she was taking tablecloths away from tables my guests were sitting at. She may as well have taken a broom and swept us all out. We ended cleaned and packed up with more than five minutes to spare, minutes that were reserved for my guests. This was a very unpleasant end to a happy day and i can not recommend this playground to other families for birthdays. The play area is very nice and I may go back for drop in play, only because my daughter enjoys it

I was here on Sunday February 26, 2012. It was my niece’s third birthday party and it is my second time at this children’s gym. The first time I was simply a guest and although I noticed some surprising elements to the way this place functions I wasn’t too worried about it. As a member of the family who paid to host this event I was highly disappointed: 1. To begin with, you are given only 15 minutes to set up for 30 people to arrive. Under no circumstances do they allow you to have more time for set-up. If you use more time it comes out of the time you have with your guests. 2. They gave my sister(the mother of the birthday girl) a very hard time regarding the birthday cake. Yes, they allow outside cakes but they make sure to make your life miserable as a result of wanting an outside cake. The result was delivering the cake late on Saturday night after they Saturday parties had ended. For $ 150 they could buy an additional freezer and solve this issue. 3. With 15 minutes to go in our allotted 2 hours of time, a woman who I believe is an owner barged into our party room just after cake was served. Instead of asking the parents of the birthday girl if she could begin clean up she headed straight for the cake table and began removing our table cloths(disposable) and clearing away anything on the table. She proceeded to put things that couldn’t be thrown out on another table, wiping down tables, and using a cleanser of some sort with a strong smell, etc. We had just turned on the coffee maker and very few guests had the chance to enjoy their coffee. Within 10 minutes she had cleared every table and the guests quickly got the hint and moved outside. Although party guests are welcome to stay as long as they want after the room time expires, most people started leaving which was very sad. Although I wasn’t officially a host, I was embarrassed and very annoyed by the manner in which we were treated. Under no circumstances would we go back to this place because they are simply all about the throughput. They want to get as many people in an out as possible and that’s that!
