Tandy Leather Factory

I have ordered from Tandy Leather before and had my items shipped to me, but I have never been to their actual store before.
Let me tell you, the staff there know their products! The fellow that helped us was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and all around lovely. Customer service is a very important part of any shopping experience for me. He took my products up to the counter while I continued to shop, so my hands were free, helped me locate things when I was having trouble, made suggestions for my project and even offered to special order items for me which they didn’t have enough in their store.
The selection was awesome and I left with everything I needed.
It was certainly a very positive experience at Tandy Leather’s store location; I will definitely be back.
