Never use Hudson’s Bay online to order anything. I ordered two products lipstick and brow pencil in Dec. 2015, 3 days later, I got my package, and I was very happy about its fast service. However when I open it, there is only some samples and an empty box of lipstick, nothing else. Then I called the consumer service, the bay ordered them again for me. However, the second package has only browpencil, no lipstick AGAIN!!! I was very upset and angry, and called the service again, they did not show respect and did not say sorry, just return me money for the lipstick. I think never ever to buy products from the bay online!

I have very unpleasant experience with TheBay. 2 weeks ago I bought a patio set and paid $ 75 for the delivery. Well, I took the day off and waited at home on the scheduled day but nobody came or called me. I tried calling customer support but got no help either. He literally said: I don’t know why it was not delivered to you call the same number tomorrow. OK, the next day I called customer support again and the girl said it will be delivered to me the next day — on Sun. I asked her if it is going to be really delivered to me or just another promise. She said: absolutely! When I asked her is she can guarantee it she put me on hold and later said: Sorry, looks like this day is all booked the next available window is 2 days from now — on Mon. OK, I again asked her if she really mean what she said. She again put me on hold and surprise, surprise! it appeared that that day is booked too. So she gave me another day on Wen. I don’t understand — if I didn’t insist on her confirmation I would be wasting my time again and again? Waiting fruitlessly on Sun, then Mon? Why TheBay has such a poor customer support who is not able to do a simple task — just schedule a delivery. It is not free, I paid for it. It’s 3 days from now and I am not sure if they really going to deliver it on Wen. I would never buy anything with a delivery from TheBay.

I’ve had a pretty good experience here the other day. We had an issue with a piece of furniture purchased a few months ago. Although I had to come in twice, it did get resolved by the salesperson whom we bought it from with approval from his manager. I never would’ve thought that after so long, they’d be able to help me out, but I gave it a try anyway. I really appreciate the hard work Brian and Gerald did for me and definitely would recommend the furniture/appliance department to anyone. This is in contrast with my experience at Stoney Creek Furniture. Stay tuned for that review ;)

The size of the shop is good for the current mall. Just as any other bay store, they are trying to increase quality and charge high $$$s.

Horrible customer service. Never going to this Bay location again. As it is The Bay is an overpriced store. Will just wait to drive across the border and go to any US Department store
