Urban Dental Centre

I got my wisdom teeth out and I’ve been in excruciating pain for 8 days and counting. When I went to see my dentist several times in tears, I was brushed off. I lost a total of 13 pounds and I was hospitalized for the pain. The dentist is unsympathetic. The staff however is very caring. I felt like I was scammed into this procedure when I never had any wisdom teeth grow in. Not trustworthy and I will no longer be a patient here!

I’ve been going to this office for over 10 years now. I used to live in ‘sauga and this place was close to my house, however I now live downtown Toronto and continue to go to them because they are that good.
I have had many o dental horrors, and I have been extremely satisfied with this office and all the staff.
I have dealt with Dr. Saggu numerous times over the years and he is by far my favourite dentist… ever. He’s thorough, gentle, explains well, is calming when I’m nervous about ANYTHING and is just a really nice person to his patients.
The staff here are all really great. I have my favourite hygenist, however anyone you get will do a great job. I highly recommend this office as they do fantastic procedures, have state of the art tools and the office is bright, clean and they even have TV’s on the ceiling so you can watch movies while you’re getting your dental work done. They seem to have thought of everything, and I will continue to go out of my way to go there.

Professional and really friendly staff. They’re not always completely clear with treatment plans though and I did end up getting treatment for something I didn’t even need. So they lose a star rating for that. Other than that they have pretty good staff. Some hygienists are better than others tho.
