History
Established in 2008.
Pastry chef Tony Holden opened a small pastry shop in Moncton, New Brunswick in 2008, after having received national and international praise and awards for his desserts and technique. The small shop eventually flourished into its current form: a full bistro and påtisserie, serving French cuisine, light lunches, breads and croissants, beer and wine, and, of course — desserts.
