It’s just soooo good. I wish I had a cows stomach so that I can finish it all. The crêpe was delicious! Very light and fluffy. Best crêpe ever! Now I need my nap. #foodcoma

nice to see this little Creperie grow and come off the hill… it such a nice new location, bright and fresh and clean! The food is as awesome as ever. We stopped in for French Onion soup and a Greek Salad… will return this trip again for a crêpe and maybe even a waffle(saw one go by and it looked great!) Well done Catherine!

Best place by far in Mont Tremblant. The crepes are to die for and the service is VERY friendly which is highly important to my husband and I. We are both Americans and in the hospitality industry so we really appreciate them making us feel at home. Everything on the menu is superb… it’s a must do before a day on the slopes… or after :)

Really good price/quality menu for the area. Both savoury and sweet option available. The portions are a bit small for my taste, especially after a day in the snow. But it’s a staple of the area.

We skipped our scheduled day of skiing because of freezing rain and got a lazy breakfast at Creperie Catherine instead. While it didn’t completely soothe the pain of not being on the slopes, it came pretty close! I had crepes with strawberries and my first experience with crème du sucre, which the waitress kindly explained to me was mostly brown sugar and butter(oui!!). The strawberries were fresh. They don’t add frozen berries when they aren’t in season. My husband had a savory breakfast crêpe with eggs and enjoyed it, too. I liked the décor with all of the cooks and chefs. We were the only guests so early in the morning but never lacked for attention.

Another low-key Canadian place doing things well. To be frank, my experience with crepes has always been to keep it simple — more stuffing has always detracted from the fundamental essence of the crêpe itself(see my review of La Creperie, Providence RI). Not so with Creperie Catherine. Was surprised to get a last-second Valentine’s reservations(probably had something to do with it being –20C). Ordered the traditional asparagus(with bechamel!) and the ham and cheese. Dishes arrived promptly alongside a bottle of Canadian sparkling cider($ 22). Crepes were substantial enough in texture and flavor to stand up to heavy sauces and cheese without being overshadowed. In fact, the asparagus/cream, as well as the Rockerfeller(eggs, spinach, smoked oysters) were substantially better than the ho hum ham and cheese. Large portions fill with a single order. In order to sample the crêpe itself, also ordered the plain crêpe with maple syrup. While tasty, maybe the crêpe was a bit heavy as a dessert, but then again, I was definitely in the diminishing marginal gains territory of fullness. Interestingly, Catherine’s offered ketchup packets at each table. I do remember getting sneered at by Arrow Street Crepes(Cambridge, MA — closed since 2011) for being so *American*. Don’t really need ketchup here(try pouring maple syrup on savory dishes!), but just worth a mention.

The escargot gratin was soooo amazing! Would definitely go back for it. Also ordered two crepes(#2 Sausage apple, and #11 Mexican). they were both decent but I think my expectations were high, I’d try some more traditional flavours next time. tons of cheese and they were HUGE crepes — you won’t leave hungry! Staff was very friendly and inviting. good prices for Tremblant.

Had a late lunch with my husband. Thank God for Unilocal otherwise we wouldn’t have found this gem. We ordered French onion soup, escargot and Florentine crêpe. It was divine. We got full really fast from all the cheese. Since it was just two of us we would of just had the French onion and Florentine. If you’re in Tremblant you must visit.

You must try this place if you like Crepes! It’s very cute inside and the service was attentive. I came her with my boyfriend and we started with two French Onion Soups, which were probably the best we’ve ever had, followed by one crêpe each, also phenomenal. We got the Smoked Salmon and the Catherine Special, upgrade to include mushrooms and bechamel sauce. They are huge! I was hoping we’d have room to split a dessert crêpe, boy was I wrong. Next time we will probably get a soup each again, split a savory crêpe, and split one dessert crêpe.

Very good place! I liked everything we had there. My most favorite was«Florentine crêpe». Easy on a belly, tastes good and healthy meal. And for desert we liked«Catherine Crunch», they should rename to «piece of heavens». Plates were pretty big, so if you want to eat a meal and have some space left for the dessert, I would recommend splitting your main course with someone, or splitting dessert plate, one or the other. Service was fast and pleasant. Definitely worth trying this creperie.

Love this place! The restaurant smelled amazing the minute you step into it. The first thing you’ll notice is the vast collection of Chef figurines, and they are EVERYWHERE! On the paintings on the wall, the cookies jars, the Christmas ornaments. You can’t help but smile when you see them. The wait staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The crepes are simply delicious! And HUGE in portion! We tried two of the milk shakes, they were good but the Oreo cookie one tasted more like vanilla than Oreo, so was the maple milk shake. Other than that, we had a great experience. If you happen to sit by the counter, you’ll get watch them making crepes and eating them later. Right by the downstairs bathrooms, you’ll also find interesting art work done by local artist(for sale too). I would definitely go back the next time I visit Mt. Tremblant.

Great food and fantastic service! The best place to dine in the village. I came here with my boyfriend yesterday, and couldn’t help returning today. Totally recommend French onion soup, seafood and smoked salmon crepes, and surely mulled wine. Enjoy!

Awesome place, great crepes and our server was excellent! Both savory and sweet crepes were incredible. A most stop when in the Mont-Tremblant area. I would go there again for breakfast to see what that menu is like. Maybe tomorrow…

One of the few open on a Monday, which led to a busy dining room — we were still very well treated. Menus offered in English and French. All food wonderfully fresh and well presented. I had the Mushroom crêpe which is simply described but from previous reviews I knew it would be wonderful — certainly was! Hubs had Salmon and Greek salad w fresh local sparkly cider.(Cidre) V pleased & an easy walk in the St. Jovite village. Reportedly a new location in last few months.

This place is a must-do in the tremblant area. It is an institution that has been around for decades. Make sure you go. I’ve been coming to this restaurant since I was about 10 with my family. I can no longer have the crepes because I was diagnosed celiac disease But the waffles are exceptional, too. Service here is excellent. My girlfriend does not speak french and we often receive inferior service in Quebec as a result. Catherine’s however, always makes us feel very welcome in whatever language we speak. Or server was Carmen this time and we’ve had her before. She has been consistently awesome. Very pleasant and helpful. For celiacs /gluten intolerant: ask about the toppings, some are not gluten free. I have never been sick here, so it has been safe for me.

«Inside, we thought the white walls with black furniture were a great backdrop for all the little collections and decorations. « “A big bike trail is right next to the Creperie so there were a few folks seemingly just jumping off their bikes and coming in for a quick bite. Considering the general heaviness of the dishes available, we wondered how successful would be the subsequent biking or might it result in a nap somewhere down the trail.» «If it is –30c outside and Mont-Tremblant is covered in snow, then you might as well load up on warm comfort food at Creperie Catherine and be on your way!» A few bites from our full experience.

Perfect place to go if you’re craving some crepes after a long day of skiing in Tremblant. Love that they have both savory and sweet crepes, so you can pick and choose which one you’re in the mood for. Or you can just be a fats like me and do both! I started off with the Escargot Gratin, because I can’t turn down escargots when I’m anywhere in Quebec. Buttery, garlicky goodness. Served with two huge pieces of garlic bread that I most definitely dipped in the sauce. I also ordered Onion Soup Gratin, which was perfect on such a cold winter day. The red wine beef broth was heavenly and so was swiss and mozzarella cheeses. I decided to get the Mushroom Crêpe as my entrée, which I later proved to be a great choice, if I do say so myself. The Swiss and Cheddar cheeses were blended perfectly and tasted great with the savory mushrooms. Topped with the restaurant’s signature Béchamel sauce, which was deliciously rich and creamy, the crêpe was amazing. I definitely devoured it in minutes. For dessert, I got the Nutella Crêpe, which I added bananas to. It was pretty good, but definitely not as good as the mushroom one. Will definitely be back the next time I’m in Tremblant!
