Description

Specialties

**Jazz dance students of all levels work on gaining strength, flexibility, endurance, coordination, musicality & performance skills (option to participate in dance production). Classes include warm-up, technique exercises, across-the-floor exercises, choreography, and stretches.

Let Cadance choreograph your solo or group or your wedding first dance!

**Stott Pilates® matwork classes are offered for all levels and may include small props to make the workouts more fun and dynamic. You’ll be taken through a challenging, full-body workout designed to strengthen core stability, lengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and flatten the abdominals.

**GROOVE is a dance-based workout where you explore simple movement to great music to make your body feel good and foster vibrant health. No dance experience required. Develop functional strength, increase your cardiovascular endurance, improve your flexibility, balance, and coordination, and reduce stress. What a great alternative to the gym!
