I don’t often do spinning. I prefer riding and racing my road bike. But I remember Yaron from his spinning classes at other hot clubs in the city, so I decided to check out his brand new home at Cadence. He’s a fantastic spinning teacher, motivator, and entertainer. And great tunes. Check it out. You will finish having accomplished much more that you thought you could!
