Had a fantastic lunch here after doing some shopping at the market. I had the Chef’s maki — salmon, crab, avocado, clementine, light mayo, red masago and sesame. It was AWESOME. I don’t know if it was the unusual citrus boost from the clementines or what, but this was some of the best sushi I’ve had in recent memory. The place was empty since it was freezing cold outside and most people had(wisely) decided against torturing themselves needlessly, but that let us have a great chat with the chef. I know it’s a chain, but this place has me craving sushi again already!
