For the love of god don’t order from them — very bad food … Just ordered online — Not eatable. Could not even get the 10% of the food has to throw it out … Will never even come near it again.

This is foodcourt quality food. It’s very bad. It isn’t even greasy good. Like, you know the good foodcourt food that’s really greasy and kinda good? Yeah, this isn’t even that. It’s cheap and pretty flavourless.

This place has awful food. The delivery guy was nice, and the packaging was cute-​ish. That is all. The food sucked so bad. I ordered a tom yum soup which was just unseasoned broth with a few chopped tomatoes thrown in. Oh well, I said to myself, because many places seem to screw up tom yum. I moved onto the general tao chicken. It was fried chicken pieces with a tiny bit of hoisin sauce on the side in a container. Seriously. I can’t say for sure, but I honestly think the rice was leftovers from last night cause a quarter of it had a spritz of soya sauce on them and they were mushy and everything, everything was cold. Man, step up your game and show some respect to your customers or you’ll shut down.

Je serais tenté de dire que ce restaurant représente la version moderne des restos chinois de mon enfance… Ça n’a pas grand chose d’authentique, les plats se contentant d’évoquer ceux que l’on sert en Asie (de toute l’Asie, qui plus est: du japonais au schéchuanais en passant par la Mongolie), mais en plus américanisé et criard au niveau des saveurs.
Et ça donne quoi?
Ma foi, c’est loin d’être mauvais! Chaque plat est servi avec une bonne portion de légumes, dont la cuisson est parfaite, c’est à dire qu’ils sont cuits mais toujours croquants sous la dent. Un bon choix de viandes marinées et panées (panure croutillante à souhait). Le service est extrêmement attentionné et courtois. Ça c’est pour les plus.
Pour les moins: On pourrait y aller un peu plus mollo sur les sauces, souvent trop sucrées et abondantes à mon goût… On avait même envoyé un jet de sauce Hoisin sur mon riz blanc, alors qu’il y en avait déjà trop sur mon «boeuf mongolien». Le riz était d’ailleurs plutôt ordinaire… Avec un nom japonais, il me semble qu’un riz calrose aurait été plus approprié et délicat…
N’empêche, tous les convives ce soir-​là ont bien mangé. C’est un endroit parfait pour les gens qui sont restés un peu conservateurs dans leur goût asiatique (le genre buffet et général tao). Et ce n’est pas cher du tout, ce qui est toujours apprécié.

Nice location on Le Plateau. It has a nice deck on the street, so it gives customers to eat inside or «sur la terrasse».
I ordered the teriyaki bowl with rice. It was good, kind of Americanized Japanese food, but it was not bad for $ 9.99. I should had gotten the Pad Thai (which someone next to our table got)…it looked great, it was a larger portion and it was also $ 9.99.

Awful Chinese food! I ordered from them wanting some good sweet and sour chicken, and it was just fried chicken with plum sauce! The «steamed vegetables» were just boiled lettuce, some carrots and zucchini, really moist and so gross with a ton of sprouts. The edmame was OK, but that was about it… Really bad experience with crappy food at a high price.
