The Ridge is Nanaimo’s first liveable community, located in the upscale Hammond Bay area of North Nanaimo. Phase 1 combines 46 mountainside lots and 34 Built Green® certified townhomes providing a unique alternative to traditional suburban developments. Construction of the townhomes for Phase 1a will be completed in August 2014.
