I get breakfast here a couple of times a week. The breakfast combo and western sandwiches are both great and a good value. They make them up quickly and always remember to add extra pepper on mine. The coffee and espresso are both good here — way better than timmies. They also have a good selection of deserts if you prefer a sweet breakfast. For lunch there is a large selection of wraps and sandwiches. The soups vary and are always great. I usually take mine to go, but the seating are is nice, with local art always on display.

A very popular favorite of those who live and work in the area! A few colleagues and I were working from a different location that day around Baseline Station and people seemed to be raving about this place, so when I mentioned I had never been, they took me there for lunch because I just«had to» go. The business is owned by twin brothers, who also work the deli to put your sandwiches together. You can come in through the front door in the plaza, or through the back door, which is always open. Not much seating, so if you plan on staying to eat your meal, grab whatever table/chair you can find. There’s quite a large selection of wraps written on a huge blackboard behind the counter, as well as a few other sandwich-type options, soups, and salads, and some chips, other munchies, chocolate, and drinks on the side, which are also great, but they are more known for their wraps by far. The line can get pretty long, but they move quickly. The choice of wrap was a very difficult one for me, since they were all fairly straightforward, nothing overly fancy, but all sounded delicious. I decided on La Piazza, their signature sandwich, with prosciutto ham, provolone cheese, pesto, lettuce, and tomato. I went with a whole wheat wrap and added spicy eggplant(a must), and their soup of the day, which was asparagus. They pressed my wrap on the hot grill and cut it in half. I took my soup and sandwich back to the office and was really surprised at how good it was! Not too salty, not bland, and not at all soggy like some wraps tend to get after awhile. A little difficult to eat near the end, when lettuce and other sandwich filling was falling out of the open ends — didn’t bother me much, but probably not the classiest thing to eat unless you take huge bites to avoid spillage. The soup was also good with some croutons, but nothing to write home about in comparison to the wrap. Now every time I work at this location, I try to visit the deli for lunch and choose a different wrap. At an extra charge, you can also have additional meat put on, as well as cheese and eggplant, which I often do if the wrap doesn’t already have some. The soup and sandwich was a little over $ 10 in total with tax. If you’re in the area and want to grab something quick, filling, and satisfying around lunchtime, I would highly recommend this deli over the slow service and typical pub fare over at the Royal Oak next door.
