Situated less than 15 minutes west of downtown Ottawa adjacent to Highway 416 on Moodie Dr. South between Hunt Club West and Fallowfield Rd., Primo Self Storage defines convenience.

Our facility now comprises twelve ground level buildings (no elevators — no stairs) with a large variety of both climate controlled and unheated spaces available for individual, household and business use surrounded by a barbed wire topped perimeter fence.

Access to the controlled-​access compound is through a card access mechanized rolling gate. Extensive lighting and dozens of digital video security cameras with remote viewing capability record to a Digital Video Recorder.

Primo Self Storage also offers Ottawa’s largest and most convenient outdoor storage area for your RV, trailer, boat or automobile along with Boxes & Moving Supplies.

History

Established in 1988.

Primo Self Storage is a locally owned and operated family business which was started in 1988 with two unheated self-​storage buildings situated on a large tract of land in suburban Ottawa. Over the years a number of unheated and heated self storage buildings as well as a number of commercial buildings have been added while the city has grown around the site. Our site is surperbly located with very easy access to Hwy. 416, Hwy. 417 to downtown Ottawa as well as Hwy. 401.

Chris M grew up with Primo Self Storage and has worked in every position from when he was a summer student installing culvert and tarring roofs to snow plowing and landscape maintenance to the position of President he has enjoyed since 2004.
