In February 2012 we purchased a new Jayco Class C motorhome from RV Canada in Ottawa. We dealt almost exclusively with Mr. Garrick throughout the sales experience. He was a pleasure to deal with and continues to be so as we prepare for delivery. The negotiation for the sale was clear and honest and his post sale responses to our queries have been timely and courteous. The pricing at RV Canada is certainly competitive with the current market. Some of the initial financial arrangements were not as we would have expected but Mr. Garrick has been there to deal with our concerns. We are currently arranging a walk through and PDI for delivery at the end of March so we cannot comment on any service experience. However, we have requested some installations and have the PDI to deal with. Consequently we will be able to update this review in the near future.
