Bars come and go in any place, but add in the effects of economic uncertainty and an aging and shrinking population and you have a tough business environment for anyone let alone the fickle service industry. However, The Dock has been a fixture of New Glasgow for years and still seems to be going strong. There’s a great pub atmosphere inside, with lots of dark hardwood and the old grey stones of the building give it that authentic feel.
