History

Established in 1997.

John Bottom established J. Bottom & Associates Ltd. in 1997 and has been practicing as a licensed Trustee in Bankruptcy, Receiver, and Proposal Administrator for over 35 years.

The mission of the firm was to provide real, practical solutions to both individuals and businesses that fell into financial crisis. The mission was to ensure that the rights of all the stakeholders in the process were being fairly represented.

Currently John and his son David, also a licensed Trustee in Bankruptcy, are operating the firm and still maintaining a strong belief in the Company’s mission, serving our client’s with compassion and respect.
