History
Established in 1976.
Nestled in the heart of New Westminster Salvatore’s La Spaghetteria is the type of cozy, charming spot that you might find walking down the streets on the Mediterranean Isle of Sardegna.
When you step from the sidewalk you will find yourself in a lovely enclosed and covered square with heat lamps that make for comfortable dining all year round.
The patio barbeque, great music and pictures of the rocky and jagged coast of Salvatore’s homeland Sardegna create a wonderful atmosphere.
Inside the restaurant walls are painted in a warm color that makes you feel happy, easy and relaxed.
It’s perfect for a cozy intimate dinner or you can book the banquet room for a party of friends.
Salvatore has been in the restaurant business since the age of 14 and he still loves preparing food and greeting guests to the restaurant seven days a week.

Business Owner
Owner Salvatore Fancello modelled his well-known New Westminster eatery La Spaghetteria on the small ristorantes found on his beloved isle of Sardinia.
Since its 6th Street opening in 1976, the restaurant has expanded to accommodate parties and special gatherings with a banquet room and romantic outdoor dinners on a heated patio area.
Seven days a week, La Spaghetteria’s chefs welcome guests for an early-bird special that offers a choice of 27 different pasta dishes to satisfy the cravings of noodle lovers and meatball bowlers.
