I have used Sara Cares three times now for both upholstery and persian rug cleaning. They are amazing! Their prices are fair, the service is friendly, their communication is prompt, and they do a fantastic job. All the things that make great customer service. They are my go to for any rug and upholstery cleaning, and I would recommend them for clean-up of older wool rugs, sofas, or persian rugs.

I inherited from my grandmother a very dirty and somewhat damaged (frills and the sides were chewed by mice) Persian rug. She bought in the Middle East many decades ago and very valuable. I decided to go with SaraCares because Dana provided an estimate on the spot, and talked me through what I services I can expect.
Rug was very clean when I got it back. About $ 170 for the cleaning. I also got them to refringe the damaged frills (around $ 150). What came as a pleasant surprise was that they also fixed the edges of the no-frill sides (the longer sides of the rug) as well.
Dana was very accommodating — dropped off the clean and repaired rug at 8am before we had to go to work. Overall very satisfied with the service.
Note: This wasn’t a rush job so I didn’t give them a deadline — it took a month from pick-up to drop-off. Some days I wondered what they were doing with my rug but I didn’t mind. Can’t comment on how the service would be if it were a rush job.
