Established in 2012.
The Spud Shack Fry Co. is built on a foundation of hard work, culinary adventure and entrepreneurship. Spud Shacks will be small, unique restaurants selling affordable luxury food in a casual West Coast ambiance to the wide range of residents and visitors who enjoy fries.
The Spud Shack was devised by Dan Close and Tim Ferguson. Dan Close is a chef and businessman with 14 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Tim Ferguson is a successful entrepreneur who has started several successful businesses and is always looking for new opportunities. Dan and Tim had been seeking a profitable restaurant concept with franchise potential and consequently created The Spud Shack Fry Company.
