Established in 2012.

Wright Home Inspections was established with the mission of being a different kind of Home Inspection company. A company with integrity. Sadly there are a lot of Home Inspectors out there that do not truly care about their clients. They promise a full inspection for a cheap price and are gone in a couple of hours with their sole interest being getting their money and getting out of there in the least amount of time possible. Wright Home Inspections is different. We truly care about our clients and their families and we understand that buying a home for most people is the single largest investment they will ever make, and a botched Home Inspection could mean that a family is stuck with a home with many hidden problems which can result in substantial financial and emotional hardship. After all, a family has to live in that home! Derek Wright, the founder, owner, and operator of Wright Home Inspections, is a Licensed, Insured, & Certified Home Inspector in the Province of British Columbia. Derek was born and raised in the Greater Vancouver area and is committed to providing exceptional Home Inspection services to all of his clients and serving his local community.

Derek’s professional qualifications include:

— 200+ Classroom hours and 50+ Mentoring hours in the field with an Experienced Home Inspection and Engineering Ph.D. Professor.

— Certificate in Home Inspection from Ashton College in Vancouver, BC

Licensed Home Inspector in the Province of British Columbia by Consumer Protection BC.

— Associate Member of CanNACHI, the Canadian National Association of Certified Home Inspectors.

— Fully Insured by HUB International.
