At Downtown New West Yoga & Fitness & Meditation we believe that yoga and meditation classes should be easy to access and affordable. We offer classes for people of all ages and abilities; whether you are new to the practice or an experienced yogi, our studio and instructors will welcome you and make you feel relaxed and comfortable.
Because we know that each individual is seeking something different, we offer a variety of styles of yoga in addition to meditation and fitness classes. And if you need more structured and personalized guidance, you can always book one of our personal trainers. Our classes are designed to purify and relax your body, and your experience with us should put you at ease as soon as you enter our facility. Check out our schedule to book a class and give us a try.

History
Established in 2009.
First we opened our doors on 6th St. in the Uptown New Westminster in January 2009. Last year we moved to the Downtown New Westminster to a georgeous character building that is 107 year old. Our studio is on the second floor of the building. Golden yellow walls, red bricks create a charming environment. Our window faces a quiet McKenzie so, attending classes you are never disturbed by any sounds. It is an island of solitude, peacefullness in th midst of busy Downtown.

I grew up in Almaty, Kazakhstan. I arrived to Canada in July 2007 with my family of five girls. My daughters are my most precious achievement of my life.
I have two degrees — BA in Physical Education and BSc in Computer Science, finished 200 hr training at Flow Center, 200 hr training in India in ashram located near Nasik city, 60 hr Yin training with Bernie Clark. In April 2010 applied to a Meditation Instructor Certification Program at Holistic Theology Institute.
What is Yoga for me? Yoga is the best way to stay in touch with my inner light, my own inner Buddha. When we stayed tuned inward we have a faith that we all are entitled to be happy, we have courage to develop our horizons and stay on our feet whether waters of our life a tranquil or rough.
You, yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection.
