I found this bead store pretty expensive (probably because they’re the only gig in town) and definitely lacking in customer service. I went there with a friend a few months ago and she saw something she liked but there wasn’t much of it left. She asked one of the sales ladies if they’d be getting any more in, the lady didn’t know, then when my friend asked if they could see about ordering some more the lady could have cared less. They have a pretty good selection of beads and tools and patterns but after the attitude we got we definitely will not be going back.

My favorite bead store in the GTA. Lots of selection for us beadweavers, plus new and interesting patterns, and GREAT! samples to be inspired by. Alison and staff are helpful and enthusiastic.
Selection~swarovski, excellent selection of delicas and other seedbead shapes and sizes, lots of stone, nice and unusual findings.
