Are you looking for amazing, helpful and friendly customer service? If so then this isn’t the place for you. Not only are the workers lazy, they are also incompetent at their jobs. Ironicly the «customer service» associates do not provide customer service at all. One of them even had the nerve, the gall — to put words in my mouth by telling her manager that I called her a liar. Nowhere in our conversation had I uttered such a thing, which adds more to the delusion and bitterness that these people have towards their customers. And at the top of this grotesque excuse of an establishment is their store director Jeffrey, who was very smug and crude.
Not only did this man show that he is a complete barbarian, he also fabricated his own set of policies so that the customer would not be treated and viewed as a customer.
After receiving such atrocious customer service from both store director: Jeffrey and customer service associate: Shelly, buyers beware.
