Unless literally the only thing you need for your stay is a room with a bed, I would stay away from this place. I’ve stayed at plenty a traveler/​low budget motel, so believe me, I came here with low expectations. Somehow, they managed to still not meet them. Our shower didn’t produce any hot water (but the sink did, so I know they had hot water, the shower was probably broken). And that they market themselves as providing breakfast is an utter joke. Unless you consider a few stale pieces of bread, a few gross muffins, and two small containers of stale cereal a breakfast. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $ 10 – 15 on a different motel that at least provides you with the bare minimum.

It’s a motel. It does what a motel does. I booked a smoking room, but I smelled more smells than cigarettes. Water was a bit off meaning it’d turn hot maybe cool sometimes out of nowhere. Hair dryer was broken. Bring your own. Matter of fact, BRING YO OWN MICROWAVE GAT DAMNNNit

This is an okay place to stay in Niagara Falls. Good bathroom facilities in the room, I had a very comfortable king size bed, the room also had a tv, refrigerator and microwave which was great for me. However, there is a lot that needs to be fixed, apparently it’s under renovations but I didn’t see any work being done?!
However, It’s located right on Lundy’s lane so busses go by all the time and is max 15 mins away from anywhere you need to go, including the falls.
I would recommend staying here if you’re a traveller or on a low budget.
