Never consistent. Sometimes it’s good and it’s decent sometimes it’s bad, and it can be really bad.

To put simply. What a great find. The place is a little run down but clean and the food was great and the service was awesome. Everyone was attentive and being from NY the coffee wasn’t half bad either. We had the Eggs Benny which was tasty maybe ask for the bacon to be cooked well done if you like it a little more crispy as do i. As for my friend she had the Canadian Omelette which was very tasty! The prices were good compared to the serving size you receive. You will definitely leave satisfied.

Recommended by the reception at our hotel, we were skeptical of a restaurant shaped like a flying saucer but we were proven wrong! Excellent wait staff, fair prices, excellent breakfast! Definitely will go back.

Restaurant was packed for Sunday noon hour. We waited a bit to be seated, but the service was awesome so we didn’t mind. Once seated, we ordered right away, and waited about 25 mins for the food to come out! A little long, in my opinion. Food was just ok, as we ordered a BLT sandwich and eggs Benedict with a side order of home fries. Nothing special about this joint… The saucer-shaped restaurant made our experience worth it and memorable, but not a place I’d be running back to in the near future.

This is a great place to get a good breakfast. The staff is great and the food is good! And the prices can’t be beat…

We are big fans of diners and this was right up there. My husband and I shared the ET special, there was enough food left over for one more. Our 5&6 year old sons each had the kids french toast and devoured every single bite. The place was packed but our waiter was still friendly and attentive. Great meal.

DE-LI-CIOUS. The food here was very, very good and was definitely better than the borderline awful breakfast that we had at Tony Roma’s a couple of days before. The place is so neat inside and out, definitely a gem! It was kept very clean and I was impressed, despite a rumor that I had heard about the maintenance. Our server was okay– she wasn’t super friendly and there wasn’t anything special about her, however, she wasn’t rude either. She did her job and that was good enough for us! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a yummy, decently priced breakfast!

Read the reviews, had to try. Glad we did! Five of us, two kids, off season Saturday morning and enjoyed every minute, bite and sip of tasty coffee. ET is filling, and pancakes are tdf. Get sauced!

This is your typical greasy diner. It’s very touristy since it’s in the shape of a flying saucer… Literally. Its not the cleanest, but its not bad. We came here twice for breakfast. They have good portions for a good price. I’ve tried their omelette, which was huge and delicious! Had a lot of toppings compared to other places. Had to take half of it home for later. I’ve also tried their stuffed French toast. It was good. The only thing was that the fruit was canned, and not fresh, which was what I wanted. They also have pitchers of orange juice, which is good for sharing. Would recommend this. Service is friendly as well, which is always a plus.

I really really wanted to like this cute joint & I did! Up until the point were we got seated, orders taken & literally waited 20 minutes for two burgers(I ordered the saucer burger with bacon & cheese, my bf ordered the great Canadian burger with bacon, cheese & oddly enough a small awful piece of peameal bacon) & two orders of the turkey club sandwich. There were even some people who came in after us who got their orders before we did. Finally when the food did come the burger was so average to the point were I would have chosen a big mac over it any day because even McDonalds meat seemed to be more cooked than the meat on the«saucer» burger, even the bacon was under cooked! The only okay thing about the meal was the fries which were actually cooked nicely & tasted good too. I envy my friends that came along that ordered the sandwich because after eating that undercooked crappy burger, my stomach was in knots. Also noticed the dirty dishes & lovely flies around our table. Real appetizing.

My girlfriend and I really wanted to love this place, but we just didn’t. It’s a super-cute retro diner and the menu is huge. The décor is awesome. Definitely one of a kind. But that’s where the positive ends. The server we had was very friendly, but service was painfully slow. Despite not being very busy, people who came in after us got their food before we did. I got a burger. It was just 2 freezer-style patties on a bun and overall was pretty dry and uninspiring, even for a greasy spoon. I ordered my fries with«hot meat sauce» which is their version of chili fries and it was maybe the highlight of my meal. My food didn’t sit well at all. I felt like I needed a diaper the entire car ride home. But that’s what I get for ordering diner chill. I deserved it. The night we were there, the room was freezing cold. It made it hard to sit, especially since our food took so long to come out. I thought the choice of music was a little odd, too. They use a streaming service that has a TV broadcasting the album art and artist/song name on the wall. The music was all current Top 40/club music. I love Taylor Swift, but the modern system in the throwback diner looked out of place. The music wasn’t loud enough, and I think anything from the 50s through the 70s would be a better aesthetic fit.

Went here twice for breakfast on our vacation to Niagara Falls. It was recommended to us by a hotel worker who said it would be a much better option than some of the«all you can eat» breakfast places near our hotel. The place itself is cool, with the flying saucer-shaped building and alien stuff all over the walls. Both times I went, I had the 3 egg breakfast which comes with toast, fries, and your choice of meat. Both times it was good and a lot of food. One of the more filling meals I had, and one that actually seemed worth the price. Drinks like OJ and chocolate milk were a bit expensive for some reason though. Staff was friendly on both occasions.

One of our favorite places for many years, and for good reason… which we found out again tonight! Waitress was wonderful, very friendly and attentive. Food was great… I had my usual roast beef sub and it was hot and fresh and very well made. Poutine was amazing, one of the best in the city. At other times when I have gone for breakfast, I must say the veggie omelet or ET special are always awesome.

I really like it here but until they do something about the smell(dirty dish water) I won’t be back. They need to open up their purses and do some renovating. A little freshening up would go a long way. There is also too much variety. They don’t do any one thing really well. I’d be concerned about the freshness of the lesser ordered items. For instance they have liver and onions as a weekly special. Nobody is ordering that. This is not the 1950’s.

Perfectly average diner(not a drive-in) in a kitchy flying saucer shaped building. Really nothing more to say about the place.

The worst food I’ve ever not eaten! I ordered the broasted chicken with broasted potatoes and Caesar salad. The chicken was rubbery and soaked in grease all the way through. It also tasted fishy. The potatoes were soaked as well. The salad was a cheap dressing with fake bacon shake. My husband had a meatball sub that was dry and cold. My friend had a breaded chicken breast sandwich that was both hard and chewy. Even at decent prices it was so not worth any money. None of us ate our food. The waitress asked if we wanted take out boxes and I said no, the food was not good. They just let us pay without an apology. I don’t know why any positive reviews are on here. It was the worst. Burger King would have been gourmet in comparison. Keep driving, the food is as shabby and icky as the appearance of the restaurant. Not a gem, a turd. Yuck.

We ended up here because they were open late(until 3am) and our options were limited. When we sat down, I asked our super friendly server, «What is good here? What is your most popular dish?» She replied, «We’ve been open for over 40 years. Everything is good and made fresh!» That probably should’ve been my first clue that she doesn’t eat there. This place was gross. Nothing we ordered was edible, and definitely not fresh — not even made this week. The salad had brown lettuce. The baked potato was rubbery. The poutine was cold and had Heinz dark brown gravy out of a jar. The hamburger was clearly frozen and over cooked. It looked like a McDonald’s patty. Even the french fries tasted cold and rubbery. The exterior of the place is cool to look at — flying saucer-esque with flashing lights. The interior looks like it’s been around for 40 years with no maintenance. Cracked walls, exposed wiring, dirty windows, large holes in the seats of the booths, etc. The service was fantastic — everyone was really friendly. Unfortunately, friendly service is not enough to bring me back.

Well lets start this review off by ssying, my red hot chilli poppers were frozen store bought jalapeño poppers. HOW do i know this ?? I’ve bought them before at metro or no frills .yep…25 for $ 6 …I got 5 pieces here for $ 5.99 they were soggy and sad looking… I’ve posted a pic as you can see ! My lunch… turkey club still hasn’t arrived at my table as I’m sitting here writing this review and it’s been 28 minuets so far !! Oh ya and the waitress gave my sad looking poppers to another table and walked away then realized it was the wrong table came back got them and threw them down on my table… classy ! Hope you guys reading this consider a better place then I did. Even if it’s an awsome night of partying at the falls.
