This place need to be closed up. We stayed for 5 minutes and have to leave asap. I think five minutes is long enough, because as soon as we arrive we got directed to our room and on the way to the parking lot there are groups of people just hanging outside with alcohol playing guitars, beer cans and loud music !!! they are loud and not just one group. This place is a shithole!!! Dirty room, dirty sheets, dirty from the outside to the inside. STAYAWAY!!! Wake up Manger! if you just check out your place of work maybe you can limit ghetto atmosphere in you parking place and do your job… People are paying to get a decent worth of return of clean, safe and comfortable place to sleep and rest. To all visiting Niagara Falls, please saty away from this place. Stay closer to the strip. Much cleaner and safer place to stay specially if you are travelling with kids.

This place is very dirty. The pictures on the web site are not what greet you as arrive. We had a leaky ceiling with stains, crazy red bathtub that had stains in it and a punched hole in the door. I also did not feel safe as the parking lot opens to your room with strange people comming and going. I’d honestly make a day trip to the falls then head to Toronto next time.

The crew: 4 adults, 4 kids, 2 dogs(29lb, 59lb), and all of our junk in 1 maroon Kia Sedona( ). This car is definitely not meant to fit so much stuff. Our mission: tour as much of CanÀda as possible in 4 days, driving inclusive. I chose this place because it fit my top 2 requirements: 1. Cheap, 2. Pet friendly We finally arrive, after a 10 hour journey, to this location. I’ve got to first say that the staff here was extremely pleasant and friendly and hot. No offense to the male staff(no pun intended), but he wasn’t hot; only the female staff were. They answered all of my dumb questions, and I was armed with a lot of them, gave me maps, gave me good suggestions, etc. The only thing I didn’t get from them were the winning Powerball numbers. People never give me winning Powerball numbers because I am so unbelievably handsome and have such a remarkably charming personality. That’s my story and I’m sticking with that. If I were to rate the staff, it’d be a 5-star review without a doubt. However, things that lower the rating: — Rooms are dingy. Dingy looking, dingy smelling, and dingy feeling. — Bathrooms of both of our rooms had defects. I didn’t feel like waiting for the repair person, so I fixed them myself with my own tools(the hardware store kind in case you may be thinking otherwise, you perverts) — The shady people in my room. OKOK, the shady people I’m talking about is actually me. This one’s a lie and was only included to create false drama because I don’t have enough in my real life. One note: Power for a good chunk of the area went out just after we arrived and were preparing our instant bowl noodles. It came back on after about 11pm’ish. I know it’s not Howard Johnson’s fault, but I just had to tell somebody because nobody in real life listens to my stories. Overall, I think this place fits right into a 2 star review. There are some good things about it(staff), but not enough to push the rating higher(locale, quality).
