We stopped by Jimmy’s around midnight after going to see the Falls lit up at night. There wasn’t much else open, so we gave it a try. So glad we did! Jimmy welcomed us in and made us two awesome paninis. I had the grilled chicken and Hubby had the prosciutto. They take Canadian or American dollars, so you’re good to go.
