Well, not so sure we stayed at the same place as the other comments. First of all, room is older looking, room has a bit of a funny oder, the bathroom floor was not clean, toilet had hair behind the lid, and there was even toilet paper pieces behind toilet., the tv is not a digital flat screen it’s an old maybe 27 inch tv, no hair dryer. no clock. and an old window air conditioner in between the 2 beds and it was very loud, we had to shut it off and open the windows at night. The distance and location to everything was good, area seemed safe, the people who work here seem very nice, the beds were very comfortable, where was the nice sofa?, the price was super low $ 48.00 included taxes. For the price it was nice but seeing the reviews I was dissapointed. I should have known better, it sounded too good to be true. If you are picking a motel for price this is it, if you want the extras the other reviews said it has, good luck. Had the bathroom been clean I would have given a 3, I really didn’t care about the extras but I was grossed out to see the bathroom. Now my husband who rides a motor cycle and just needs a place with a bed and shower was much happier then I was. P. S. Just noticed, no iron or ironing board, what the heck were they thinking. even the bad hotels have hair dryers and ironing boards and irons. If we come back it won’t be here there are too many other choices. This is the first time I have been somewhere and received totally opposite of the reviews. when you call tell them you want a room like the other reviews. Good luck. On way home and talked with our friends who went with us, they were very happy with their room and had no complaints. They would have given it a 3 or 4. However, they never read the reviews, I made the reservations. So there you go, all in the eyes of the beholder. Their bath room was clean, clean floor and toilet. The motel was also sold out.

I was able to find this place for about $ 65/night on Priceline and the reviews were solid so I went for it. The Inn isn’t right next to the falls but is a very reasonable walking distance to it. The service at the front desk was phenominal and the gentleman even upgraded us to a larger king room for free when we got there. The room was exceptionally comfortable(especially the bed). Our room came with an electric fireplace, a mini fridge, coffee maker, leather love seat, free wifi, tv(very limited channels), king bed, and of course a bathroom. I really liked that the bathroom was tiled like a home bathroom and didn’t feel like an Inn/Hotel/Motel bathroom. Our bathroom also had a little window which overlooked a few trees and someone’s nice backyard(a rarity in this area of Niagara falls). I would would challenge anyone to find a better place to stay in Niagara Falls for a more reasonable cost.

OK, so the place isn’t located right next to the Falls but when you park there for free(vs. valet parking for $ 30) and take the WEGO bus all around for a few bucks, it’s worth the distance! More importantly, the place was very clean, very quiet(a rarity!) and run by very nice people! All this and a great price too! The room had a fridge, hairdryer, alarm clock and coffee machine. The beds were soft and comfortable, pillows too. All I can add is if your looking for a relaxing visit to the Falls(with some good local restaurants) this is the place! We’ll be back here!

I love that we found a place for around 100 $ that didn’t smell.(WTF Days Inn charging 209 $? Comfort Inn at 199 $ Are you guys kidding?) Plus, Dave the host was super nice. After wandering around Niagara Falls for an impromptu day trip post Buffalo wedding, we decided to stay over night. On a Saturday. On Canadian Thanksgiving weekend. Which is Columbus day on the other side thus, also a holiday. IE: the entire town is sold out. We looked at four or so places and this was the best one. It’s Super Super clean, the beds are fine(excellent for this price range.) the parking is free and the wi-fi is strong. Dave, rocks.
